Launching a new vehicle, especially one as significant as the All-Electric Explorer, requires more than just a traditional and static training guide.

The key challenge was to make this information accessible, interactive, and memorable to "instil confidence" in a diverse, geographically dispersed team.

Updated layouts and additional content kept the Guide relevant, resulting in 5,727 views in the UK and 400 in IRL, with extremely high user satisfaction ratings.

Ford Pro™ Toolkit

Inspired by the success of the Explorer Toolkit, this version supported the Ford Pro™ Power Up Academy event, quickly gaining traction and being adapted for use in multiple European markets.
