The Challenge
Phoenix aims to directly source the vast majority of their candidates, so ensuring they deliver a first-class employer brand and candidate experience is paramount.
The Talent Acquisition team was tasked with creating a single, unified recruitment guide to engage, attract and serve a diverse candidate pool, while showcasing Phoenix's purpose, benefits, culture, and application process.
The Solution
With PageTiger, the Talent Acquisition Team created a branded and interactive digital guide to fully engage and equip applicants at the beginning of the recruitment process while gaining valuable insights into candidate behaviour and content engagement.

Phoenix also tracks the guide's performance through PageTiger's Analytics, which provides real-time data on:

Enabling the team to report back to the wider business and continue to make enhancements.
