The challenge

How can you capture something as iconic and multi-faceted as Marc Jacobs in a single onboarding document?

The challenge was to create an educational tool that didn’t just teach new Retail Store Managers facts, but went beyond surface-level training, offering in-depth insight into Marc Jacob's heritage, unlocking their Brand DNA and inspiring loyalty.

On top of that, the Marc Jacobs Learning Team had to collaborate with departments across the globe to assemble the content and tools. Consistency in design and delivery was critical, but they also sought to elevate the onboarding experience, fully immersing new hires into the Marc Jacobs Universe while ensuring uniformity in messaging and training across all stores.
