As our Product Educator you’ll be responsible for devising methods to ensure new users get the most from PageTiger software and that our existing global user base understands new features.
In this office-based role you’ll work in tandem with our support, account management, technical and marketing teams and will be a pro-active self-starter with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
Experience and expectations
Tasked with developing solutions to train thousands of users scattered globally as well as devise bespoke material for key customers, you’ll be quick-thinking, highly educated and possess analytical skills and creative thinking.
You’ll receive personal training on PageTiger software and be expected to deliver training classes online and in our training centre and those of our customers.
To keep ahead of PageTiger’s rapid growth you’ll be using technology and have access to an in-house video studio and talented team to produce pre-recorded online training.
And working alongside our Account Managers, your client-side responsibilities will include supporting roll-out of global initiatives, chairing user groups and creating bespoke training solutions.
You should have at least two years’ experience in training SaaS or software users.
- Base salary of between £33,000 and £40,000 dependent on experience
